I usually put on white eyeliner in the corner of my eye and then in the bottom half in the back of the eye. Then apply liquid liner on top. I use the empty spaces between them, then with the pencil eyeliner, I curl lashes and apply mascara. Do you have any other tips for me? thank you haha
