I have a Dvd recorder that does not have hdmi out but has component out. I want to be able to watch in 1080p.? - 1080p upconversion receivers

If I can have a receiver (Pioneer Elite buy) with the possibility of the signal Upconvert goes to the TV via HDMI at 1080p. Type're not audiophile and I need some basic information.

(Assuming, that is capable of 1080p). Probably not. Few can do component cables, 1080p. There is not much. I am a little confused, however. This is the DVD player connected to receiver? When you connect the player to your receiver via component cables, you must connect the receiver to the TV through the DVD components for domestic use.
As this model (= component cable):

Let me steer you said...

Technicians will receive assistance every day of the HDMI vs. component ability to 1080i or 1080p signal successfully.

And if I tell you, I'll go Wal-Mart and fifty dollars to spend on a DVD up-conversion and use as an HDMI cable until the Blu-ray and at a reasonable price.

In fact, what I did. The picture is largely the street. Not as big as the Blu-ray demo at Best Buy, but is still very large and much, much, much cheaper.
